Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a certificate in Personnel Psychology.
I am a virtual assistant with a diverse skill set that revolves around content writing, project management, basic graphic designing, basic leads and prospecting (data entry, shadowing and mirroring), calendar management (appointment setting using Outlook), inbox management (Outlook and Google Mail), and marketing (email content writing, captioning).
In some hours, I would do Talent Acquisition tasks. Application assessment (checking resume, interview videos, and DISC personality) > Data Entry to Excel Sheet for the HR team’s perusal > Updating personal pipeline to check application process.
I also dab into system process creation for basic virtual assistance needs. It sounds grand, but it is simple once you know how to make your systems flow in a direct and simple way. I mainly use Word and Mindmeister/LUpgrade to see actual info.
My experiences in these areas make me an invaluable asset for any remote team or entrepreneur seeking efficient and organized support.
I am exposed to the following platforms; Microsoft Teams and Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Calendar, Planner, Drive), ASANA and Mindmeister (project management and mind mapping), Active Campaign (email marketing and basic automation), Google (Meeting, Drive, Doc, Spreadsheet, PowerPoint, Email, Calendar), Canva (graphic designing), ChatGPT, Social Media (Facebook with Upgrade to see actual info, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), Zoom and Skype.
I have also provided writing services: academic, technical, letter, resume, content, poem, short and long story, and script. This part is one of my biggest assets as I have entered in writing competitions (essay and journalism [feature and editorial]).
