I have been working in the BPO industry for over 15 years. For two years, I worked as a Customer Service Agent, providing support through phone and email. Additionally, I maintain direct and effective communication with our clients to manage the program, provide recommendations for service improvement, and help resolve any issues that arise. As a Team Lead, I handle escalated customer issues and make judgment calls to resolve them promptly. I have a strong knowledge of basic Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. I am proficient in both written and verbal communication. I am open to undergoing training and taking on new tasks. I am dedicated to meeting targets and thrive in high-pressure environments. My main goal in seeking an online job is to explore new challenges and utilize my interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service as a CSR.
