I have over 8 years of work experience. 3 years as a call center agent, three years as a freelancer, and two as a Virtual Assistant. I have handled clients internationally from different industries. Most of it is call handling for inbound and outbound US-based clients. Worked as a process associate, loan originator, loan verification specialist, online English teacher, transcriptionist, ebook writer, sales representative, team leader, payment processing, refunds, etc.
Throughout my professional career, I have already been adept at using different tools to cater to my client's needs. I am adept at using Google worksheets, docs, and PowerPoint. Also in Zoho and airtable. Beginner in notion, sendpulse, and calendly. Intermediate experience in photo and video editing using Canva and capcut.
