I worked in the hospitality industry as a front
desk in a 5 star hotel where I encountered different types of individuals and
enhanced my decision making skills when it comes to guest relations.

And my previous job was a Revenue
Analyst/Reservation Agent but my main tasks are more on administrative tasks
like; making daily reports, submitting accruals, answering telephone calls,
handling emails and responding to social media platforms of our company, making bookings through calls and emails. One of
my tasks as a revenue analyst is loading rates in the website and optimizing
other online travel agencies like Upgrade to see actual info, Agoda, Expedia and CTrip
and etc.

Aside from that I am also skilled in email
management as I am responding to customer inquiries for our 3 individual emails
which tallies around 100 above emails per day, and more on administrative tasks
such as using Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets, setting meetings and
appointments to other departments.
