Profile Description

I have 8 years of experience working with and for our American and Australian clients. Aside from helping them with their business accounts, my experiences include research, data entry, escalations, chat/email support, and administrative works. Being exposed to different businesses and functions made me become proficient with my organizational skills and meticulousness to details. I take pride with the quality of work I make and accuracy on information I present. I have a very good time management skills and attention to details which I think are natural abilities of teachers/mothers like myself. Two of my characteristics that I believe are my advantages from other applicants are able to think ahead and I think outside the box. A US client and a former Supervisor mentioned those as my best qualities as an employee. I may not be as skilled and knowledgeable with different softwares and online tools as the other applicants are but my character and attitude toward work would make your working experience with me smooth and easy. I can work under less Supervision and is very willing to learn.
