I have knowledge in CRM, SEO, KW Command, Paragon MLS, Dotloop, Canva and Google My Business.  I am proficient in Google sheets, MS Excel and PowerPoint
I have an advance knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point. I was an Online English Tutor for Japanese Professionals, Korean and Spanish Professionals. I finished Spanish Language Level 1. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I am currently working as Senior Workforce Seat Capacity planner in BPO. I started working in workforce last 2019 as ReaUpgrade to see actual info and Data Analyst. In 2020 I promoted as Workforce Scheduler then last August 2022 I promoted as Senior Workforce Seat Capacity Planner. 
Skills: Excellent knowledge of Computer Usage, Proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools, Advanced knowledge in Gsuite.
