I am a dynamic and versatile professional with a diverse background, starting my career in the hospitality industry before transitioning into graphic design and cybersecurity. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, which provided me with a strong foundation in customer service, organization, and problem-solving. I spent two years working as a Front Desk Officer at a reputable hotel, where I honed my communication and administrative skills, ensuring excellent guest experiences and managing front-line operations.After my time in the hotel industry, I shifted my focus to graphic design, utilizing Photoshop to create visual content and taking commissions from clients. My passion for design grew, and I expanded my expertise by working part-time as a Cyber Security Analyst, which helped me develop a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a technical field.When the pandemic hit, I transitioned to a full-time role as a Graphic Artist at Amazon. In this position, I am responsible for creating infographics, titles, and bullets for product listings, as well as crafting brand content and storefronts. My experience at Amazon has enabled me to refine my skills in visual storytelling and design, working within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.I bring a unique combination of creativity, technical knowledge, and adaptability to my work, along with a strong dedication to delivering high-quality results.
