Profile Description

For a total of 6 years, I've worked as a Customer Service Representative/Technical Support for a Telecommunications company, Cable television provider, Online dating website and Healthcare Insurance company.
I also have an experience being an Appointment Setter and a Lead Generation Specialist where in I look for prospects and do outbound calls to offer our services since we are a Staffing Firm. I also do Administrative works and do interviews for other Virtual Upgrade to see actual infoom then I was promoted to be a Sales Manager where I do meetings with the prospects and turn them into our clients.
I am well experienced with G Suite and Microsoft Office. I also have a background with using Canva, Adobe Photoshop and WordPress. I am a fast learner so I can definitely learn the tools needed in a short period of time. 
With the experience, skills and knowledge, I know that I am an asset with the company. There's always a room for improvement for me, so I am always willing to learn for my benefit as well as for the company. I am versatile, has great leadership and management skills. I make sure to always provide quality work in a most efficient way to satisfy and meet the expectation of my client.
