Profile Description
I have conducted sales workshops for Convergys
Philippines, and I also coach individuals to help them identify and overcome challenges with sales and customer service. I also build and gather data to identify trends which I use to improve performance and exceed targets. I use Office Excel with my data gathering and analysis and PowerPoint to present my reports. I also come up with various incentives and spiffs to drive employees to perform even further and make sure that they are happy with their work environment.
Aside from being a Sales Coach, I have also done supervisory tasks and managed up to 19 employees at a time. I am looking for a part time job and hopefully make it full-time and see myself build my career and be more financially stable. I also take calls or chats every week to make sure that I am updated with the process and keep my job mastery.
