Profile Description

I am Upgrade to see actual info M. Upgrade to see actual info, 26 years old, I have been an Executive VA/Admin for 5 years now. I was a student back then when I first had my client. I have been working with business and life coaches for years now and I can say I am well-tenured with the tech and skills I have acquired over time. 

My interests also branched out to videography and Graphic design. I use Adobe products as my medium for editing, but I am willing to learn new niches and tools. 

I also acquired organization, consistency, and skills in my years of work. I spearheaded some projects, did liquidation reports, cash advances, diary management, appointment setting, calendar and email management, etc. I am also well-rounded with any administrative tasks from point A to Z as I have been with different clients in the same company for years. I use tools such as CRM's (Zoho, Brivity), Reports formulas, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar), Customer Service Software (Zendesk), Newsletters (Mailchimp/Moosend), Dubsado, and Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Behance, Vimeo, Pinterest, and Youtube)

In terms of my soft skills,  I'm reliable when it comes to organizing files and keeping the schedule on track, I make sure to keep my client's files private and secure, and very keen on details; I make sure to clarify the task before executing them.
