Profile Description

A multi-faceted, self-driven, efficient and reliable individual that acquired skills from my experiences in the hospitality industry and customer service. 3 years of experience on the hotel and restaurant services started from being a pastry chef to purchasing assistant and becoming a store supervisor. The food service industry taught me how to work under pressure and to manage my time effectively.  I have professionally grown as a leader who is adaptable, flexible and can work in minimal supervision.  

With 7 years of experience as an email representative and chat support agent for companies like Sitel, Stndrdz (American Online Brand) and TMZ (Custom Online Shop). Through these companies, I have gained knowledge on complex operating system like Shopify, Zendesk, Freshdesk and Gorgias. 

My job is focused on customer inquiry about the products, deliveries, processing and complaints management. I also work with Office and Google Documents applications, specifically spreadsheets for data entry. Handles replacements, refunds and other escalation.  

My Customer Service experience developed my communication skills, decision-making, and analytical skills. I am keen to details since I worked on different software to help customers with their concerns, set up and update their accounts.

Once received an award as Best Employee of the Year back in 2015, which proves the performance and quality of my work. I am now learning and practicing graphic design, photo, and video editing as part of my new interests that can be useful anytime.
