I have 14 years experience working as an independent contractor. I can speak and write excellent English, can navigate well using Microsoft/Google applications, tech savvy, I have written articles/web contents/newsletters/etc, I have excellent phone/email/chat ethics and I can type 55 WPM with little to no errors. I also have a reliable internet connection and can multitask with ease.
I am an experienced teacher/tutor and call center agent. I used to teach elementary and high school students all subjects that they have. I help them out with their assignments, projects, things they require for school and anything that they have difficulty with.
As for my call center experience, I have been a Sales associate in my first BPO job, selling subscriptions for satellite cable. Then with the same company, I have been tasked to handle hotel and flight reservations, and even phone screening in recruitment. I was also in a CSR in a financial account. we handled clients' concerns regarding their accounts. Work ranged from opening new accounts, disputes, balance check, general information to closing accounts. I was also a technical support assistant for a known laptop/computer brand. We help clients troubleshoot, fix and know about our promos and other services/products the company has to offer. We were well versed in hardware, software and up selling.
I am very task driven, hard working, and flexible, I am also a "people person". I can get along with other people well, and that makes me a good customer support associate, may it be chat,
I am now seeking opportunities where I could use my experience and knowledge. But because I am flexible, adaptive and highly trainable, I am open to be put in positions that is not on my list of experiences.
