I worked as a customer service representative to an online payment platform called Paypal (US), assisting customers with setting up an account, transactions and disputes.
I also worked as a Phone Banker for Barclays (UK) where aside from providing excellent customer service I learned to close a complaint.
My most recent work experience is from an Australian-Telco company and handled a broadband (NBN) account, provides customer service, basic troubleshooting and inbound sales. Later on I was promoted to a different LOB and became a Back-Office Support since June 2017 until present. I'm trained to be agile and flexible wherein when there's a need to do a certain task I can finish it in a stipulated time.
