I already have 6 years working experience which includes administrative, customer service for both voice and non-voice account as well as Data Analyst and other financial related transactions.
I've been the team POC (Point of contact) and handled 12 agents. This includes training, escalations and making progress report.
My skills are more of administrative, good customer service, writing, and research and design. I am also good with Microsoft tools especially Excel and Powerpoint.
I am open for challenges and willing to be trained to develop new skills or enhance the skills that I already have.
