Profile Description

Greetings!
My background includes serving as Quality Assurance Specialist monitoring expense policy compliance in a multinational set up. Along with that experience, I am also involved in forecasting and projecting monthly and annual budgets.
Most recently, I worked as a Service Management Executive and as Quality Specialist, where my responsibilities included global SLA, KPI, and RCA analysis and reporting.
Previously, I worked as a Finance Analyst where I gained my experience in Financial Analysis. In addition to this experience, I am a graduate of BS Accountancy with a CPA title.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiency in MS Applications as I underwent extensive training during my stay at one of my previous roles. I am also familiar with Photoshop and Lightroom as Photography has been my hobby for almost five years. Furthermore, I'm also accustomed to Wordpress as I maintain my own blog. I also posted once in AirBnB.
I am confident I can offer you the problem-solving skills you are seeking.
Thank you for your time – I look forward to learn more!
Sincerely,
Gelmar Ondes, CPA
