I have 12 years of experience working as a Customer/Technical Support Representative in a BPO industry. Mainly working with US-based companies such as cable and telecommunications company and other small campaigns selling different products. I was taking inbound calls and resolve issues from customers whether it's about billing, technical difficulty or just a plain general inquiry. I have also experienced to be part of the escalations team wherein I take over calls as a supervisor.
Aside from being a Customer Support, I can also do transcription work, setting appointments and teaching ESL (English as Second Language). Moreover, I can be a trusted Virtual Assistant doing admin work. I'm proficient with Google Suite apps and Microsoft Office.
I can use WordPress, Social Media Sites, Tawk.to, Ring Central, Amazon, Mailchimp and other web-based applications. I believe that there are a lot of other tools that I needed to learn and so I never stop learning new things.
I am reliable, can adapt to change easily, competitive, and I have a positive outlook in life. I also have excellent English written and oral communication skill. I have the ability to work under pressure, self-motivated and flexible. I also have a strong analytical skill, a problem solver, dedicated and most of all very organized.
