I have worked with Convergys as a CSR and a TSR and with Wipro as an IT service desk. I am tech savvy and am familiar with most hardware and software troubleshooting. I work on the side repairing computers and phones as well. I am familiar with ticketing tools like Service now and Remedy and I can also remote in to user's computers to assist them with software troubleshooting. I also know photoshop,illustrator and a little bit of premiere. I am a resourceful person and I like finding solutions for difficult problems and wont stop until I provide a very satisfactory experience to end users.
