I specialize in new hire training (employee on boarding) and staff training for effective product and customer service engagement and improving business performance whether through virtual instructor-led (in other words, live but online), or in-person. I work closely with you to ensure that your workforce is to be one of your biggest assets and support your business growth.
I've been with the training and development industry for more than 2 years now and 7 years in total working in the Business Process Outsourcing industry or BPO here in the Philippines. After the pandemic, I have dUpgrade to see actual info to do freelancing to get closer and spend more time with my family especially my son.
Key roles as a training specialist's-Facilitate new hire training classes and assess each trainee's performance before certifying them to proceed to the next phase. -Focus on strengthening foundation skills.-Conduct screening and assessments to evaluate the trainee's performance using the standards set by the company and the scorecard system.-Schedule effective coaching and feedback sessions to discuss items related to their performance or counselling sessions for discipline management.-Conduct training needs analysis to continuously improve the training experience provided-Create and develop designs for instructional materials for new hire training and client-specific up skill training curriculum.
Currently, I am seeking for a job that would not only test my abilities but also challenge me of what is still unknown to me. Being a trainer, I've always thought that nobody starts as a expert. We are all newbies at some point.
