I have worked as an IT Service Desk, we serve as the first point of contact for a user seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. We perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. We troubleshoot basic end-user issues on various software applications, hardware, network, and provide basic desktop support. We use Service-Now and
Hewlett Packard Service Manager as our ticketing system tool.

And I am proficient in Adobe Photoshop. Doing photo manipulation, web design, logos, and invitation are my hobbies.
