Hi there! I am Upgrade to see actual info. I have a 6-year experience as executive assistant for Amazon FBA Sellers. 

My key competencies and skills are always tailored to clients' needs. I can handle tasks such as:

1. Data Analysis / Listing Audit: gathering all information relevant to the product and the product's category-- keyword reach and index map, competitors data, KPI and sales performance metrics, trends, customers feedback and preference, sales heatmap, etc.

2. Listing Optimization: When data is available, smart goals have to be implemented such broadening keyword research, optimizing and testing listing content elements (title, images, A+, bullets, pricing, etc), and tracking performance and conversion rates

3. Keyword Research: Ensure that keyword distribution in increasing and the quality of indexed keywords enhances conversion rate and product ranking

4. Inventory Management: Prepare inventory forecasting, communicate to suppliers and supply chain agents, and create shipments to Amazon warehouse and fulfilment centres.

6. Canva Designs: Improve images with with data-driven product presentation concepts through infographics. 

7. Full PPC Management: Creating defensive and offensive portfolios whose ad campaigns can maximize daily sales (and organic sales in the long run). 

Clients Background:

For almost two years, I contributed my analytical expertise to Supplyant, a UK-based marketing agency, where I managed Google AdWords campaigns and developed sales SOPs for various clients and ad managers. 

For more than 5 years, I was the head data analyst for OHP Tools, an automotive tool brand on Amazon.

Educational & Personal Background:

I have a Creative Writing degree from the University of the Philippines. Earned Master's Degree units in Business Administration and continually pursuing my passion in graphic design, photography and web marketing. 

Availability: Currently, I have one client selling one product in Amazon UK, so I have a lot of time to help and offer what I know.

I prefer to work directly with an FBA seller, especially with a small to medium account, as I am used to executive assistance (full access and creative control). 

I can do full management on hourly rate, task-specific gig, contract on monthly fixed salary. I'm very flexible.
