I have been working in sales and customer service for 10+ years with a great track record of being one of the best employee in revenue generation and CSAT.

Before I went freelancing,  I used to be in the BPO industry with extensive experience in sales and customer service. I handled accounts like Zoom, ATT, Comcast and Quickbooks and was assigned to various departments like billing, sales, and escalations.  I have been working from home for more than 8 years and have experience in the following:
