As per my homebased work experience, I have experience in JIRA, Olark and Zendesk, Freshdesk and Helpdesk. I used to be a Lead Generation Analyst, A Customer Service Service/Technical Support Consultant and also did several Data Entry. I have knowledge and experience using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, MS Excel & MS Word.
My long history of work made me gain a lot of attributes that can be applied at work and with assisting customers to their full satisfaction. This includes patience, attentiveness, active listening, multitasking, time management, focus, consistency, maintaining a positive attitude, confidence, professionalism and being friendly is a huge key for gaining the trust of our clients and customers.
