I have been working in the Customer Service and Technical Support field for 12 years. Having this long experience helped me to be familiar in different tools and made me realize that everything can be learned with willingness and perseverance.

I handled voice and non-voice accounts in my previous jobs. Some of these are Comcast, Sprint, Capital One, XM Radio, Verizon, Telstra & iTunes.

As per my homebased work experience, I have experience in JIRA, Olark and Zendesk, Freshdesk and Helpdesk. I used to be a Lead Generation Analyst, A Customer Service Service/Technical Support Consultant and also did several Data Entry. I have knowledge and experience using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, MS Excel & MS Word. 

My long history of work made me gain a lot of attributes that can be applied at work and with assisting customers to their full satisfaction. This includes patience, attentiveness, active listening, multitasking, time management, focus, consistency, maintaining a positive attitude, confidence, professionalism and being friendly is a huge key for gaining the trust of our clients and customers.

I am very much open and willing to learn different tasks and tools. I can also work on any given shift or schedule.
