I've handled diverse types of projects during my time as a Site Engineer and Project Engineer.

From the beginning of my career, I've been involved in quantity take-offs. As a site engineer, I estimated the material requirements for each specific scope of work to be completed. Later, as a project engineer, I incorporated cost estimation into project planning, recognizing its significance in determining overall project expenses. Currently, I work as a full-time estimator for a Miami-based landscape company. My role involves performing detailed take-offs and preparing thorough quotations, which are essential for both bidding and construction processes.
