I've been in the call center industry for more than 2 years, I worked for iQor and is under SPRINT account, I have started as an agent in SPRINT's finance department and was promoted as a supervisor when I was assigned to SPRINT's Customer care department. Before I resigned I requested to put my title back as an agent however due to my experience I was instead entitled as a Senior Agent.
