Profile Description

As an email deliverability specialist, I setup email accounts and configure sender authentication at the DNS level (DKIM, SPF, PTR and DMARC) to improve inbox deliverability of emails. I have helped resolved deliverability issues for transactional and marketing emails for a number of my clients.

I also set up cold email platforms and perform email warmup in preparation for cold email campaigns. I also monitor performance and regularly conduct inbox placement tests to optimize email deliverability.

I am also aware of best practices to observe for email marketing to prevent blacklisting of IP addresses and domain names.

As a Shopify store manager, I have managed my own Shopify stores, Upgrade to see actual info and Upgrade to see actual info and I know how to setup online stores and work with Shopify plugins.

As a civil engineer, I have some experience in structural analysis using RAM Elements and ETABS. I also conduct seismic analysis and evaluation for existing concrete structures.
