I have experience in project management both as a project civil engineer in the construction field and as a construction project manager in an online role. Additionally, I have managed a high volume of clients and their accounts as a home insurance assistant where I monitor the status of each policy from quoting, issuance, and renewal. Through these experiences, I have developed a diverse skill set that includes effective communication, problem-solving, and adaptability. I am confident that my experience has equipped me with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel as a project manager in various industries.

I have experience in home insurance where we assess risk and determine coverage for a specific property. I worked with lenders to ensure that the properties the client is buying, selling, or managing for investment, like rentals or personal use, matched their requirements. I gained knowledge in understanding property values and market trends and developed strong communication and negotiation skills. Additionally, I have acquired knowledge in different types of properties and building characteristics in the United States.

I started utilizing Excel in 2016 for Cost Estimates of Construction Projects (Materials, Labor, Payroll, Monitoring, and Reports). In 2018, I started utilizing Google Sheets as a counterpart to make sure all inputs are updated real time and can be accessed by the whole team. In 2022, I officially studied Advanced Excel Course. Overall, I have been using spreadsheets throughout my 8 years of professional career.

As a Construction VA, I handled email and phone correspondence to verify information with client homeowners, secure correct orders with vendors and suppliers, and monitor contractors regarding their project accomplishments. As a Home Insurance VA, I provide data from the CRM to clients, lenders, carriers, and underwriters. Through these roles, I have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have become proficient in various software and tools. I am dedicated to providing high-quality customer service and ensuring that all data I provide to them are accurate.

I am an expert in data entry with a keen attention to detail. In my previous work as a Project Civil Engineer, my main role is reading construction plans and accurately listing everything from the drawing into a spreadsheet sensitively to avoid any potential cost implications for the project. Additionally, in my previous work as a Home Insurance Remote Professional, I have encoded data into our CRM system from (1) the PDFs that clients have filled out manually and (2) details the Clients provided over the phone.
