Profile Description

I have been a freelance virtual assistant since July 2011 for clients that are based in the Middle East, USA, and the United Kingdom. I have Data Entry, Lead Generation, Social Media background, and was employed as a Landlord Account / People Manager for a Property Management company based in London for more than 6 years.

I was responsible for tenancy and property on-boarding. I handled landlord and tenancy concerns and requests, prepare rental valuations and rent reviews. I was also in charge of monitoring legislation updates and communicate with management and the team. I'm also knowledgeable in processing monthly payroll and invoices. I have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and have been using Google docs and calendar for appointment settings.

My previous experiences gave me the opportunity to develop good customer relations and communication skills. With the duties and responsibilities in hand, I learned and have instilled the value of hard work, dedication, perseverance, and flexibility which paved the way to further growth in my career. I am more than proud to say that my 6 loyal years of service with the previous company earned me the confidence, knowledge, and experience to call my self competitive in the business.
