I am a customer service champion, flexible and can work with integrity. I have over 12 years work experience in the customer service industry.
With my most recent experience as an eCommerce Service Manager, I was doing the following below:
1. Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents.
2. Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through resolution. I have experience with Freshdesk, Zendesk and messaging platforms of Amazon, eBay and Walmart.
3. Prepare Sales reports for B2C and B2B side of the business- own website and e-commerce platforms conversion numbers.
4. Making sure refund/return and replacements are handled in accordance to company's policy.
5. I was also responsible in doing Keyword Research for new products, overseeing product research, checking suppliers on Alibaba. So with this task, I have experienced using Helium 10.
6. Monitor Product Reviews and Merchant Feedback, and be aggressive in terms of feedback revision efforts following of course T&Cs of the e-commerce platform such as Amazon.
