I've been in the industry for more than 10 years. I've handled technical accounts like Ring Central and Virgin Mobile, and also worked with JP Morgan Chase & Co, which is a multi-national company.
I have skills in problem solving and troubleshooting as Technical Support Representative. Working in Saves/Retention Department and as Dialer Collector for Mortgage Banking was a great advantage because I used to master how to effectively deal with different personalities and temperaments. I also handled a few teams before, agents with different personalities that needs different approach. I know how to work with Microsoft Office applications (Word,Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook), Salesforce, Asana and Google Drive. I used Microsoft Outlook to set up appointment or reminders.
