In the past 2 years, I've worked as a real estate virtual assistant. My previous role is a Virtual Mortgage Analyst for a partner lending company. I started as an inside sales agent cold calling leads to verify important information about their properties, set appointment for them and the investor I'm working with and manage the database for my client.
In my 5 years experience of working in the BPO industry, I've done a lot of telemarketing calls, customer service, collection, retention and sales both inbound and outbound. So I'm very well oriented with tools navigation, multitasking, time management and interaction with different type of people over the phone.
