I work in the call center industry for almost 7 years now. I have the knowledge and skills to satisfy customer needs and has a wide experience in assisting customer via phone, chat or email.

Also, I can also do a basic task like; Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Google Drive and Google Calendar, Set Appointments with internal/external clients through E-mails.
