I started my career way back in 2018 as an IT Support. My work as an IT Support consists of fun tasks such as installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks (like IP configuration, server configuration, active directory management, firewall management, and other stuff), printers, and scanners. Also, part of my task was troubleshooting and resolving all problems regarding desktop and laptop issues. All my tasks to address issues and requests were serviced promptly. Working in that position has developed my communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and clerical abilities allowing me to quickly solve problems that arise.
While working as an IT Support, I have also been a Graphic Designer. I have created abstract t-shirt designs for teens and young adults for a client from India. I crafted logos, poster designs, and various graphic materials for educational purposes and awareness and also, created an audio-visual presentation for a client for their company introduction.
Along the way, I've also worked as a Virtual Assistant in a company that runs various Online Shopping Businesses. Within this role, I was responsible for registering items to be sold on each of their online shopping platforms. I was also responsible for tracking the inbound & outbound packages. I was also responsible for their Shopify and communications platform like chatting about customer issues, questions, needs, customer refunds, and plenty more.
I have also worked as a Virtual Assistant with a client named Jamie and my tasks are to monitor and sort
I also became a Lead Generation Specialist where I was responsible for helping a client gather information about speakers and events from various websites.
