- Responsible in the preparation of competitive pricing/quotation within the customer’s prescribed time lime
- Contribute to vendor selection, onboarding, and ongoing management of 3PL partners.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key 3PL providers. Creation/compilation of documents bid templates, analyzing and reviewing pricing/contracts from vendors and THI headquarter.
- Ensure timely, accurate and quality responses are delivered to each qualified RFI/RFQ from THI Network
- Maintain and update tender and pricing database of current transportation rates for benchmarking and baselining.
- Prepare weekly and monthly tender data record updates and follow-up on progress of submitted tenders.
- Develop competitive tender proposals for Key Accounts and well as identified Local and Regional Key Accounts
- Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors (shipping lines, airlines, international agent, trucking companies, and other logistics companies) to obtain updated pricing and Freight information.
- Collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to support pricing decisions and pricing strategy development.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales / management team to develop and implement pricing strategies.

OPERATIONS and CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOC / VA - NEWAGE SYSTEMS (FREIGHT SYSTEM)
- Join a team of Filipino VA's who handles both FCL/LCL import and export to US
- Directly coordinates with US shipper and customer and arrange/schedule the shipment based on cargo availability.
- Coordinating with accredited warehouse (VANGUARD USA)/co-loaders, transport and carriers
- Sending booking request to the carrier (this carrier was previously identified or the carriers that carriers we do repetitive bookings with)
- Reviewing booking confirmation and sending booking confirmation to customer (agent or shipper)
- Sending pre-advise to transport/warehouse and shipper.
- Daily milestone monitoring of each booking/shipment to ensure shipper/agent are all updated on the current status of shipment.
- Monitoring transport movement to ensure shipment is delivered prior cut-off. Collating all necessary documents and sending it to docs team to ensure on time FSI generation.

- In charge in making sure weekly consolidation to various port are being supported by enough volume and revenue for each container
- Keep and negotiate updated and most competitive Trucking rates from 3rd party providers
- Develop new lane/account through sales visit, cold calling and constant communication with agents abroad
