Profile Description

I have four years of experience in Customer Service assisting American customers including three years of email support. The skills that I have today were developed and honed at a large Call Center in the Philippines and handled different lines of business.

I also have more than two years of experience as an Instagram account manager and growth specialist and have proven success in working with a wide variety of accounts and businesses. I have been successfully creating custom strategies for a wide variety of Instagram accounts. I am great in finding target audiences and searching for different niches. I can certainly help you out with anything that has to do with Instagram, like how to effectively reach your target audiences, how to increase your accounts' followers and more!

I am also comfortable in a data entry job because I love working on tasks where my accuracy, speed and multi-tasking skills are needed. I am a fast typer, I have a keen eye for details and I am very much familiar with spreadsheets and online forms.

I have great communication skills (both spoken and written). I also have an excellent and reliable internet connection with 25mbps download and upload speed.

Helping resolve my clients' issues is my passion and I firmly believe in fully comprehending their needs in order to achieve satisfaction.
