I have worked several years as an Administrative/ Accounting Virtual Assistant for a property management company based in the US. My job duties included answering phone calls, email support, recording of rent payments and day to day financial transactions, invoicing, billing, bank reconciliation, email support, keeping company’s records up to date, processing payments for vendors, payroll, and reviewing lease, posting properties in different websites, Ad copywriter and photo editor, skip tracing, running comps for properties that are for auction sales.
I can showcase my education in Business Administration Major in Management, my bookkeeping skills, organizational skills, and technical skills. I am also versatile and open to undergo training to learn new skills to be more productive.
