- Create google sheets to ensure everything is monitored and organized
- Handle returns, refunds, or item not received cases
- Remove negative feedback and revision request
- Respond to PayPal cases
- Communicate with the suppliers
- Contact eBay, Amazon, or Shopify support for any issues within the stores
- Achieve and maintain Top-Rated Seller status
