I worked as a Technical Coordinator/Product Conformance Analyst concentrating on Textiles and Textile Allied Products in an ISO 9001:2008 certified BPO company for more than 7 years in which I have gained experience in Product Quality Assessment / Product Certification through evaluation and review of product and/or exporter risk levels, identification of product essential requirements and applicable standards following the Business Rules on Conformity Assessment, classification, import eligibility and process flows, Pre-Shipment Verification of Conformity Instructions, and other related references.
In addition to the technical aspect demanded by the above position, one of the key responsibility of the Technical Coordinator is providing the client assistance in the resolution of standards and classification cases and other requests and inquiries by utilization of technical expertise on specific goods or commodity thru
Prior to my position above, I have been a Trade Analyst in the same company for almost a year wherein I have acquired my knowledge in providing technically correct Product Classification specializing on Textile Articles following the HS code system by using all available references and evaluating transactions and providing valuation opinion based on valuation methodologies.
Added to my extensive experience, I have also worked as Laboratory Analyst/Textile Engineer in an ISO 17025 certified laboratory for a period of five years conducting sample preparation, testing using prescribed test methods, following testing standards/specifications and protocols, evaluating and reporting of the testing results.
