Profile Description

I love interacting with people coming from different backgrounds, getting to know them and just to be of service to them and at the same time be in a dynamic work environment, which brought me to where I am today in Customer Service. I have been in Customer Service as long as I can remember. I have worked in a US cable company as a Customer Service Associate doing phone, email, and chat support. I was a telephone banker in one of the biggest banks in the US. I handled mostly complaints and escalated calls which highlights my skills in problem-solving and customer retention. For the past 4 years, I worked as a Tier 2 Product/ Technical Support Specialist in a top-tier cloud-based phone system handling escalated customer issues, reporting bugs to our engineers, and working together with them in solving those issues. I've also done freelance jobs in the past like proof-reading, article writing, e-book editing, ad posting and social media management among others. As much as I love working in an office environment, being able to work from home and be more flexible of my time are what I'm more passionate about nowadays.
