I worked in the BPO industry as a customer service professional and technical service specialist for 7 years for various accounts like Vonage (VOIP), XBOX, DELL XPS, SPRINT, and Lexmark. I handled inbound calls and sometimes outbound calls to our customers. My job is to assist customers who are calling to inquire about our products, and their billing statement and ask assistance in fixing issues they are currently having. After every call, we take note of the whole conversation and save it on the system we are using. We use tools such as
Interactive Clients (IC) and Siebel daily. I also worked as office staff for a distribution company for 3 years. The job is mostly composed of encoding receipts in the system, accepting weekly sales, depositing money in the bank, doing stock inventory, and filing documents.I got experience using the following tools such as tawk.to, Amazon Seller Central, webmail, Magento, Linnswork, and MailChimp as a virtual assistant for a vintage store client that I have been working with before. Currently, I am working as an Email and Chat support for VOIP software as a freelancer but also do some outbound calls if needed. I have been with this company since June 2019. I handle inquiries about the product and its billing. I also do minor troubleshooting when there is an issue with the dialer, cancel subscriptions, and process credits and refunds. We use tools like Freshdesk, Freshchat, Intercom, Skype, MS Teams, Upgrade to see actual info, and Stripe.
