Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for four years. My first experience is with a U.S. based telecommunication account which taught me a lot on how I can execute skills on customer service. I used to handle customer’s billing and basic technical inquiries and complaints for their mobile accounts. Currently, I am working for a social media campaign which supports customers around the globe.
My years of experience in providing support to different countries with diverse cultures and backgrounds have helped me develop not just my communication skills but at the same time, my interpersonal skills. I have enhanced my knowledge on multi-tasking, active listening and expressing myself well in English thru chat and email. I have learned to be flexible so I can keep up with the changes in line with the client’s requirements. I can also easily learn things; work independently and as a team player.
With dedication and hard work, I have been consistently recognized by the company I’m working for as one of the top performers of our program. I have been receiving commendations as well for excellent customer service.
