I have been in KPO/BPO industry for 8 years with much exposure to many operation activities which include but not limited to examining, auditing and being a Business Process Associate. With my being transparent and willingness to learn things, I was then chosen to be a Product Review Specialist in order to achieve zero internal errors. Our main goal is to deliver files with 100 percent quality for our clients satisfaction. Deals with public documents, analyze and make necessary decisions in line with company standard policy and procedures. I could take directions well and could deliver excellent results even at times when the workload gets heavier than usual. With my performance and dedication exceeding expectations, enhanced with my exposure to multiple challenges that the multitask I underwent had shaped me, I was then promoted as Examiner III. Also acts as Team Leader when no one is around. I am proficient in data entry, examining, proofreading and very keen to details, reliable, diligent and result oriented. I am efficient in any job assignments. I have the ability to create a good rapport to the clients and to my colleagues. I find fulfillment on imparting my expertise to my colleagues and subordinates.
