I've been working in the BPO industry for over 12 years and I am currently employed as a
Senior Team Leader. I am responsible for managing my own team and overseeing
two LOBs. Provides leadership and guidance to direct reports, SMEs, Assistant
Team Leaders, and Team Leaders within said LOBs. Manages and reviews operational reports to understand the performance of all tea
(Attendance, Client KPIs, and any internal Metrics), and ensure all
requirements are being met. Participates in cross-functional meetings to review
information received from operational support functions - Training, Quality, Analytics,
IT, and partner to define action plans that will resolve issues and drive
continuous improvement. Attends and at times leads business reviews with the
client.
