I was a technical support representative for AT&T DSL and Home-network department for almost 5 years. I became a floorwalker or support after a year and a half of taking in calls. I also worked for Time Warner Cable. I was again a technical support representative for their TV repair department for almost a year and a half. I also did basic training for their queue management. I was also a community forum moderator for Microsoft. I also did social media moderation occasionally for their Windows Phone. After a year and 2 months, I became a community engagement specialist for 7 months. I made sure the Microsoft Community is a family-friendly online community. About my skills, I can troubleshoot basic internet connectivity issues: check the modem's status, check the computer's internet connection settings, check wired and wireless connections, etc. I can also create tickets for tech visits, check with the provisioning department in case a customer's service is not up and running yet when it's already supposed to, check with the billing department if a customer has an outstanding balance if in case all is good on the customer's end and service won't still work, etc. As an online community moderator, I can communicate with online community members and different online community departments through
