Profile Description

I can handle teaUpgrade to see actual infombers with different characteristics, can easily connect and relate to their concerns. I've worked as a Team Leader for 2 years and as a Team Supervisor for almost 3 years in a BPO company (my first job). One of my responsibilities was to encourage/monitor each operator's output to achieve team daily quota (of course, Quality is highly observed, 99% quality rating) and to do coaching to both achievers and non-achievers teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Another task assigned to me as Leader was to make a report plan, also known as WIP (work in progress) to be submitted to my manager at the start and before my shift ends. The details included in this report are the actual status of the articles and their turnaround time (TAT). Attendance/tardiness report to be submitted on monthly basis is part of TL's job.
I am flexible and willing to learn to do things that are beyond my scope as long as it could help the company. I am very proactive at the company's events.
I am very good at MS Office (WORD, EXCEL, and Powerpoint) which enables me to do office works efficiently and in timely.
