Profile Description

An experienced content writer and graphic designer, I have worked in digital marketing, social media, and SEO for over five years. 
In my most recent role as a content writer and social media manager for a real estate company, I created SEO-friendly blog posts and maintained the company's YouTube channel. Some of the tools I used included WordPress, KoalaChat, and ClickUp.
I was trained as a visual artist but have worked in various industries and fields, 
including customer service, software development, and education. With my diverse work experience, I have gained practical knowledge in many fields, developed skills I can apply to different roles, and nurtured a creative approach to solving problems.
I was an email outreach specialist before working for a real estate company. I was part of the team that crafted emails aimed at specific leads or targets to convince them to give us a backlink. Some of the tools I used included Mailshake, Upgrade to see actual info, and Upgrade to see actual info.
Before that, I was a content writer in charge of writing and optimizing content for companies' websites primarily based in Australia. This remote role gave me the experience and skills to implement techniques designed to improve search engine rankings.
My last actual office job was in 2017. I was a Senior Administrative Support for EMAPTA, an offshore staffing company with offices in the Philippines and Australia. I juggled multiple tasks that required strong time management skills and attention to detail. These tasks included data entry, process documentation, spreadsheet reports, and file management. I also called teammates on the field and liaised with managers to get missing information or relay information.
