I have been a Shopify Virtual Assistant for more than 5 years now and am experienced in doing:
- Product research using different spy tools like

- Basic knowledge of TikTok product research using Hashtags, TikTok Creative Center
- Fulfillment of tracking numbers and short? Order fulfillment using Oberlo.
- Importing products from Aliexpress to Oberlo, and CJ dropshipping, Dropified, and Dsers 
- Creating listing and product description, editing the title, adding size, variants, and price.
- Import product reviews from Aliexpress to Shopify using Loox photo reviews, Alireviews, and Areviews. 
- Brief experience with Customer service, I answer basic questions about the products, and answer email inquiries from customers via email using Gmail, Zendesk, and Freshdesk,  
- Answering chargeback on Shopify, customer concerns, update tracking numbers
- Social media moderation on Facebook and Instagram. Schedule posts using the Meta business suite, Answer DMs, etc
- I am also a Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info ads manager, and I know how to set up and launch a campaign. Duplicate and scale the winning ad set, and create custom and lookalike audiences. I also have a brief experience in Pinterest ads.
- I also have a brief experience creating a one-product store, creating logos using Canva, and editing image updating banners, homepages, etc. using Kapwing and Photopea. generate legal pages in Shopify like Refund, Privacy, and FAQ policies.
