As a Customer Specialist Manager for over 7 years handling more than 15 Shopify stores, I am responsible for order fulfillment, responding to emails through different platforms, handling customer complaints, inquiries, aftersales issues, tracking the orders and contacting suppliers for delayed orders or untraceable tracking numbers, process refunds when necessary and answering customers chargebacks and disputes.
I am also a moderator for FB and Instagram company's social media. I was responding to comments promptly. Delete and report negative comments.
Aside from that, I also have a wide range of experience in phone handling, email handling, and administrative tasks, HR, logistics and sales. I am a fast learner and am eager to learn any new tools to accomplish the job required and I don't limit myself from learning new skills and tasks.
