Profile Description

I have been a Virtual Assistant for 4 years. I have worked as an ecommerce virtual assistant with Shopify, Ali Express, Amazon and Ebay.I have a wide knowledge of ecommerce platforms, social media support such as posting ads,boosting,selecting the right audience to market it and applications such as Freshdesk and Zendesk for email support, Oberlo and Dropified app for order fulfillment and importing products.I can do minimal photoshop so I can remove easily any branding or watermarks on products plus I can arrange your homepage with categories or anything that must be arranged depending on the theme. I have knowledge and can use Ziks Analytics and Ecomhunt to check the newest and hottest products on ali express. I can easily communicate with Ali Express suppliers since I want to establish first a direct line of communication with them and this will be an advantage since we can ask them directly regarding updates on shipping and problems with the delivery. I have been Project Manager for 5 online stores for 2 years. I am blessed to have the knowledge of knowing all these things from customer support, order fulfillment, drop shipping, contacting directly to suppliers,social media marketing and engagement,creating traffic, product listing or niche finding
