- Prepares baseline costs, drafting contracts, and managing project expenses and invoicing.
- Assists in integrating project activities such as ensuring scope, time, quality, resources, communication, and risk.

Management Systems and Internal Audit:
- Creates policies and standard operating procedures (SOP) to support the implementation of ISO 9001 (QMS - Quality Management System) and ISO 27001 (ISMS - Information Security Management System) compliance.
- Conducts internal audits for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, ensuring adherence to standards and facilitating corrective action planning.

Process and Software Implementation:
- Has experience in process design, software implementation, and document management system enhancements.
- Performs risk treatment plan monitoring, user guide creation, and presenting updates to drive awareness and adaption.
