I am an accountant by heart and by profession. With more than 8 years of working experience, I managed to develop a strong sense of responsibility and competitive analytical skills. Previously, I worked as an Administrative Officer in the Department of Education. Within this role, I am mainly responsible with the procurement process, preparation of inventory reports, management of inventory, and custodianship of school properties. Aside from the Property Custodianship, I am also responsible with human resource management. I actively monitors school personnel and assist them with their queries and concerns. Moreover, I managed to develop my writing skills through my role in the administrative support section.
I am a highly skilled and motivated individual who keeps on seeking growth in myself and in my career. I am also excel in managing data entry and customer support/assistance. Aside from this, I am also familiar and comfortable with computer use and most popular software programs including familiarity with MS Office especially MS Excel and its functions and formulas. Furthermore, I am familiar with various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as ASANA, Zoho CRM, Slack and SimPro Suite which can be highly beneficial to achieve higher rate of efficiency and effectiveness within an organization.
My personal life is full of photography and fun. I find happiness in taking pictures of people, nature and even myself. I love to put art into my passion for photography. I believe in myself and I know my worth. During my free time, I would rather read personal finance books and watch The Good Doctor Series on Netflix. I also enjoy listening to music and watching videos on youtube about Interior Designs for tiny houses.
